The staff were all wonderful! Nice hotel, rooms were really nice and large for a downtown hotel. Very clean and nice. Have a small "cafe" open in the morning for coffee, tea, pastries etc. for purchase. Very close to Times Square and Broadway. The immediate area of the hotel is not that inviting.

Muse is close to food and theaters. Not a terribly impressive lobby or restaurant, but efficient and well-staffed. Limited food in hotel, no real bar opportunity. Friendly and effective staff. Loved the layout and room features--especially the bathroom, with well-designed shower and sink combination. Great option if the focus is going to the theater and other local attractions, within walking distance or through public transportation.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! We did a quick two day trip to NYC and this was right where we needed to be. The staff are super kind and accommodating - and they upgraded us because it was our anniversary! We will def be back!

My best friend and I had a great experience with this hotel. The front staff, especially Barbara and Angel, were fantastic and so friendly! The room was big enough and the bathroom as well. I would’ve liked brighter lighting in the bathroom, but overall, no real complaints!

Overall, our stay at the Muse was fabulous. The staff are extremely customer focused and responsive. The hotel was clean and felt safe. The location, being within walking distance to so many of our destinations, made it a perfect place to stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting NYC.

I woke up at 1:30AM due to a Loud crazy man banging and yelling. It scared me, this went on for about 20 minutes. I was finally about to go back to sleep. Until the loud yelling and weird noise started again at about 3:00AM. The staff did not seem to care when I reported the issue. They can and should do better, for the about of money I paid to stay.

Perfect place for our first time NYC visit

Amazing place for our first ever visit to NYC. Some friends recommended this place, and glad they did. It’s so close to everything. Time Square, Broadway Theaters and subway lines are within minutes walking distance. The room was also very quiet. We figured we would hear all the city noises all night long, but the room was so quiet we didn’t hear a single outside noise over our entire 5 night stay. Was also one of the best hotel showers I’ve ever had and would come back just for the amazing water pressure. The staff was also fantastic as they helped us get our navigation down when we first arrived, and helped us call a taxi when it was time to head back to the airport. Absolutely recommend this place
