All of the staff go out of there way to make sure your stay is enjoyable, especially Barbara on the front desk. Very convenient location for theater performances. Have stayed here many times and never been disappointed!!!

We arrived on Friday afternoon. We were greeted by the front desk staff whom were pleasant and helpful check in was a breeze. The room was clean it was smaller than I expected then again this was New York. Bed was comfy the only thing was the pillows they are the kind that are really puffy then when you lay your head down they just sink in to nothing so you end up laying on the bed even thought there's a pillow. The other thing to take into consideration is the night life. I read reviews and said to myself oh I won't need ear plugs I can sleep through anything. I stand corrected bring ear plugs bring 2 pair in case the first ones don't work. Over all we would stay there again. It was very convenient and right off the times square strip. You have access to everything.

So good!

Room was so big for New York City! Location was steps.away from Times Square! All around it was an excellent stay. My only complaint...and it is small...is they need better lighting in the bathroom for makeup application. But like i said, such a small complaint.

Perfect Theater District Hotel

Upon arrival, the lobby was lovely and warm with modern touches. The artful hanging of a simulated koi pond was a nice touch. The checkin experience was seamless and the water bottle filling stations in the lobby and on Fl 15 were very helpful. The king room was nice with a good amount of space. We used the couch and table for every meal. Desk would have been perfect for working, if needed. Our floor (16) was pretty quiet. Bathroom was very comfortable with a nice-sized shower and very nicely hot water. The concierge kindly helped grab a cab for our return trip to Penn Station. We enjoyed shopping the bodega right down the street for essentials too. Location was perfect for our theater weekend! We’ll definitely be back for the excellent combo of value and location.

We loved our we can stay at this property! A room for two couples with queen beds was excellent and plenty of space for us and luggage, beds were comfortable and clean, plenty of mirrors to get ready around the room and in the bathroom. Only complaint would be that City view was just a view of buildings next to us, depending on what room you got, and lighting in the bathroom is great but not for make up and getting ready, no adjustable lighting and was a little dim.

Exactly as expected…nice basic hotel with pleasant staff and easy access to Broadway. Rooms basic but comfortable and functional. Was a bit loud but only one block from Times Square so not unexpected.
