The room was good but what brings down the overall score is that the walls were too thin & the inconsiderate, noisy guests ruined my experience. When I go to a hotel, the minimum I expect is quiet, which was lacking during my stay. I'm unsure if I will stay again.

It was so noisy - the person staying in the room behind my room had a few children that were up talking, screaming, yelling till 3/4 in the morning, I asked to change rooms Initially I was give a room with a view of a wall, they put me in another room - and charged me more money - for a room with the HOTEL neon sign blaring into the room. and it was soooooo hot, even when I turned the heat down - it was soooooo hot. When I complained they just looked at me, I know they just work there - but whoever runs this hotel does it in a way that is very much about them just getting the money for the room - and not for the customer who pays for a nightly stay. very disappointing. It is nice they have parking - although getting in and out is very tricky.

Parking is offered but limited. Parking is behind building, so any vehicle that is too large will have a very difficult time maneuvering.

The breakfast wasn’t the best there was no protein options just waffles, bagels, and cereal. If you’re looking for a cheaper place not in Manhattan then go to the L Hotel. My wife and I basically just slept here and then took the subway that was a 7 minute walk away to Manhattan to do our things.

Good hotel, location. Very clean, cozy in the room. There is a microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine in the room. The air conditioning system does its job well. Comfortable and large bed. In the bathroom there is a removable shower - shower head, which is very convenient. It would be good if they added tea bags to the coffee in the room, and also in the place where breakfast is, put a machine with hot water so that boiling water is always available. I recommend!

The property was not as advertised. Had holes in walls, ripped wallpaper cracked sink, the geating unit was set in thd wall in a way that left a gap that left a freezing draft in. Parking was non existent and evrn tho stsff stated i was fine parking out front, i still got ticketed.

Great customer services, the bed was comfortable, give a 4 for clean because the room had a particular ordor and not sure if it was what they use to clean but overall the room/sheets & bathroom was clean, definitely will recommend and stay again.
