tThe biggest joy everyone is happy to see back
The big issue is the housekeeping, it is only done every 4 nights I had before the COVID and it was done on daily basis Not a bad thing you always have clean towels and the take the garbage out every day The best hotel so far have stayed there with my school students and friends more than 12 times The only problem is that you can't send a parcel there, or envelope. The breakfast is a joy and then good food is terrific A 100% value, location is safe and convenient

The staff was amazing, the breakfast was quite nice. Clean but very old rooms, rundown furniture. They provide earplugs because it’s very noisy, you can hear everything happening on the corridor or in other rooms. It’s a catholic hotel, what is not mentioned anywhere. It is full of religious symbols, pictures what is quite surprising if you aren’t prepared for it.

Staff were absolutely amazing! Very friendly and couldn’t do enough for me! The hotel was conveniently located and I felt so welcome all the time. Room was basic, but everything I needed for a flying visit to New York! I’d absolutely stay here again and I know I’d be welcomed back. Thank you!

Nothing fancy, but everything was very adequate, clean as a whistle, and the staff bent over backwards to be of assistance. The cost was manageable for a person like me- senior citizen on a fixed income. Complimentary breakfast was great, too.

Comfortable lodging in Chelsea. The Leo House is a Catholic facility that welcomes travelers of all faiths. This residence provides pleasant rooms in an old building. There is a buffet breakfast each morning.

The hotel was good and staff was amazing, however, breakfast was meant to be served till 10am, twice it happened to us the breakfast items finished by 9am and 0920am, the fruits for the yogurt were finished and were not replaced which was disappointing

It was very basic and small; a lot of money for what you got. Everything was run down. Wi-Fi in the rooms didn’t work. The only hot food at breakfast was burgers and French toast. Not very good vegetarian options. The area around it at certain bits made me feel a bit uneasy due to the people there; shouting and talking to themselves. However the staff were very friendly and helpful.

This is our first stay in NY so I can’t really compare against other hotels in this city. The hotel is in an old building and it hasn’t been renovated but this could be its charm? The room is clean, the bed on the small side but comfortable enough, the bed linen and towels clean and new. It is however quite noisy because of the old windows/airconditioner. The bathroom is also vintage but adequate. The WIFI although showing as available was not connecting at all over the 14 hours that we were there. The reception staff don’t know what a smile is.

This isn't the fanciest of hotels, but I got a clean, comfortable room at a great price within walking distance of Penn Station and breakfast included. Front desk staff was kind and helpful and I would absolutely return the next time I visit NYC.
