The bathroom was clean, spacy, stylish, and has powerful shower. But the bed was ok. There was no coffee pot in the room. We had to get coffee in the lobby. The room was small and the AC was blowing cold air right to my head.

We love the location. Subway and buses are within walking distances. The bathroom space was surprisingly huge for NYC. The rooftop is small but relaxing. Be aware, they close it if it’s raining. The breakfast is offering croissants, cereal/milk, muffins, OJ, coffee and tea. No fridge in the room. One can request one, I learned at checkout. They are limited. The staff is very friendly and will provide towels and extra blankets upon request. We chose no room service. Plenty of places nearby for a scrumptious breakfast, or a late night drink. The price per day was fair. Most likely will stay there again.

My room smelled really bad, you have to pay for the WiFi, clean your room, breakfast(cereal and fruit only), they need to offer more thing. The rooftop is ok it has a good view

The initial room smeeled so bad, i had to switch... vents in bathroom doesnt work, people fighting in room above bangingband kicking on door, didnt feel safe. Staff and breakfast was real nice

Checked into my hotel and didn’t take a look around. Went to hang out with some friends. Later on when I got back to my room I noticed poop smeared at the bottom of the toilet. I was so grossed out staying there.

Loved this hotel! The check in was so friendly and quick, the room was clean and comfortable. Loved the rooftop access and the light breakfast with coffee and tea was just enough to start your day. Overall great value. Stayed in other New York City hotels that were much more expensive and offered less. This hotel is now my favorite and I will stay here next time I visit NYC.
