Overall a great place to stay. I found a woman's eyelash on the floor, so wasn't fully cleaned. And all of the toiletries in the shower were empty, but they were refilled quickly upon request. Biggest issue is the bar and restaurant being closed for renovations. I wish this was communicated before or during booking. I probably wouldn't have stayed as I was looking specifically for a hotel that had both on site, but made due with locations on the same block.

We absolutely loved this hotel. I found it on Expedia and it was in the absolute best location for 1st timers to New York. Walking distance to Times Square, many different shows, restaurants, and fun little shops. Daniel at the front desk is the absolute best and really made our stay that much better. Can't wait to return and stay again!
