Was very happy with our stay at Muse- staff was helpful and friendly; room was small but clean and well-appointed; and the location was convenient- half a block from Times Square and close to public transit and Broadway shows. Our room faced the street, and there was definitely street noise that woke me up at night, but that's to be expected in NYC and was easily covered up by the air conditioning.

I have been using Expedia to book travel for a long time and this is the first time I feel ripped off. The property was highly rated by someone but this was the most rundown hotel I’ve stayed at despite the photos which were frankly deceptive. There are no real amenities - not even a coffee maker in the room. You pay for bad coffee at the “bar” downstairs which is hardly ever open. And yet there is a destination fee tacked on for amenities of over $20 a night that really don’t exit in a hotel where the staff did nothing to help. Stay away from this muse. She sings a terrible tune.
