Small but wonderful hotel. Amazing lobby with a lot of New York character, comfort and coziness. Rooms were typically New York City small - a little on the tight side but not unexpected for middle of one of the most interesting parts of the city.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location and easy walking distance to The Blue Note, Comedy Club, restaurants and shopping. Very friendly staff and boutique vibe. Breakfast was delicious. We will choose to stay here on our next visit to NYC.

We love The Marlton! The rooms vary in size, so pay attention when booking, and do not expect a big, spacious room no matter what. Do except a clean, cozy, well appointed room no matter what the size. The lounge and restaurant are lively, and serve tasty food and drinks. Staff throughout the hotel is always wonderful. We love the location for shopping, dining, and subway access.
