A real disappointment
Ticks boxes on the surface to lure customers without achieving the actual standards it advertises. Exiguous facilities where slamming doors and other corridor noises will disturb your sleep, minuscule and poorly thought out rooms with short uncomfortable beds. Unhelpful, stiff and misleading management that doesn’t care about guest satisfaction at all. Some kind staff members try to compensate but are often confused.

Great experience at The Moore. The property looks like new and its very clean. Rooms are small but functional. Bed super comfortable. Location is great, walking distance to several points of interest. Staff super friendly. The only downsides: no fridge and noice of doors when closing. Overall great experience, would definitely come back.

Don’t hesitate booking this hotel! After staying at different establishments over the years.. The Moore proved to be a standout… great location… quiet and calm but still close to the action of midtown … cosy bed and awesome shower! Staff are wonderful.. polite and attentive, super friendly and accommodating house keeping staff that do a wonderful job! Definitely will be staying here again!

Wonderful NYC stay!
The More iswell appointed and comfortable. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The location is great, The rooms are quite comfortable for New York City standards. The amenities are very nice. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

The rooms are tiny. I stayed by my self w/no luggage. I don’t think two people w/ bags would fit. The $40 resort fee is crap. There is no coffee maker in the rooms. The neighborhood is great! The staff are lovely and the room was very clean!

We stayed here after an extended trip outside the city so our family wouldn’t have to wake up so early to drive us to LGA. It was a quick walk from Chelsea market. The hotel was clean & safe with a locked external door to the lobby. In a good area. It took us 1 hour 10 min to get to LGA from hotel at a 6:45 departure from hotel
