Staff was kind and tremendous. All my requests were fulfilled. Even letting borrow the vacuum to use to suck out air from my luggage bags. Very quaint, and charming area. A real experience in Queens.

No parking. Only 8 Spots available they charge me 35 dollars for parking and when I returned from a night out celebrating my anniversary. The parking lot was full leaving us to sleep in our rental car for almost three hours before finding parking on the street. Rooms are the size of a closet. Zero Stars Do not recommend.

Wasn’t aware this hotel was right in the home of the Asian district. Wasnt much food you can trust due to the smell and cleanliness ratings. The hotel itself needed some tlc. The “rooftop staff was rude and be careful the rooftop bar is not with the hotel so you will get asked to leave. Was given a room with stains and stuff all over the ceiling and wall like someone decorated it the week before

The bed was too soft. For a non smoking hotel, our room smelled like cigarettes covered by febreze. However, they were good about switching our room, AFTER they had a person come up with a can of febreze to make sure it smelled like cigarettes. Will not be staying here again.

The room safe clean the staff was very friendly. I will go ahead and warn you that putting the do not disturb sign on the door does not mean anything. The staff will still come in there and make your bed up and put fresh towels every day so just be worried of that But we had a wonderful day and could not recommend this hotel now also there was no parking on site they have eight spots. It’s first come first serve in kind of a sketchy area. you’ll have to park at the mall across the street. In the parking garage. We were there for four days. It seemed generally pretty safe and we had no incidence to report and zero complaints. Wonderful hotel. Great location otherwise

The Parc is our place to stay when off island. Clean and crisp room was perfect. The bed was so comfortable, we are looking for that matress. Great convenient location.
