Start to finish our stay was wonderful. The room was HUGE compared to other rooms/hotels we’ve stayed in while visiting Times Square. Everything was very clean. All staff was extremely friendly and helpful when we had questions or needed something, such as extra towels. They offer free hot coffee, tea, and hot chocolate and some snacks in the lobby. That was very nice when coming in from the cold. We only ate breakfast once at the hotel because we wanted to try a specific restaurant for breakfast, but we thought the breakfast was nice— good quality and several options. Definitely a perk to have that included in our stay. It was pretty quiet, especially considering we were right around corner from Times Square. We all slept well didn’t notice any loud noises. Great location!

The hotel has beautiful ambience. It’s centrally located in the theatre district close to play houses, restaurants, and Times Square. My room was nice and clean and my floor was nice and quiet. I had a great experience.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast they provided was sufficient but minimal. Nevertheless it was quite satisfactory. The hotel is located an easy and short walk to all the major Broadway theaters. We will definitely stay there again. It is perfect for a theater weekend.

The Pearl is a very nice hotel at a terrific location in the theater district. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very well appointed and clean. The location offers great subway options for getting around NYC, saving a lot of $ compared to taxi, Uber, Lyft, etc. we will definitely return!

Our family of five visited NYC to experience the city during the holidays. The pearl is conveniently located to all that Midtown has to offer. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but tasty. The wine happy hour was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again!
