Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay. For the price and the promise of luxury, we did not receive that. The outlets in our room barely worked, with our plugs either falling out or simply receiving no power. When asked to change rooms, I could not. The continental breakfast at the hotel was barebones and had minimal options. The staff were very polite and attentive and the hotel is in a prime location. The attached restaurant was quite nice as well.

Staff was outstanding and attentive to all needs. Room was a nice size, very clean. Valet parking was convenient (although a bit expensive....$65/24 hrs). Very close to Times Square, in the Theater District.

Perfect location!

Came into town for 3 nights to see a bunch of shows, the Pearl was a perfect location, with friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was in great location, close to Times Square and subway stop just a couples minutes away. We saw Lion King and felt safe walking to hotel in evening. The doorman was helpful and staff friendly, breakfast was fun to overlook the street. Room was bigger than we expected, nice to have tub and shower options. Felt very clean, we would stay again!

The hotel was awesome and super close to theaters and Time Square. Our mini fridge and water temp was having issue. I called the front desk and it was taking care of asap. Also, Francisco was awesome and helped us get a taxi as well as had a vehicle ready and waiting when we requested to get us to the airport. Overall I loved it and would go back!!!
