Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

I recently stayed at the Hilton Quin Club Hotel, conveniently located near my office, and had a generally pleasant experience. The room was clean and quiet, providing a comfortable environment for rest after a busy day. However, I did encounter some issues with the staff during my stay. It seemed there was a lot of standing around and chatting, which left me feeling that they were not very attentive or helpful. Additionally, I had a delivery sent to the hotel, and the staff did not notify me upon its arrival. Instead, it was left on a table where anyone could have taken it, which was quite concerning. Overall, while the accommodations themselves were satisfactory, the hotel could benefit from improvements in staff attentiveness and handling of guest deliveries. With some attention to these areas, the Hilton Quin Club Hotel could provide an even better experience for its guests.

The bed, pillows and actual Nespresso coffee was very nice. The view was of operational machines. The shade automatic did not work. Perfectly fine for one night

It is an aging property with uncomfortable rooms. The restaurant served poor-quality food, and the service was terrible. I couldn't find a suitable setting for the AC and heating in the room.

We loved this hotel. The doormen, front desk staff and the concierge were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, well appointed and very clean. The bathroom is great and the shower is wonderful. We will definitely return.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Club The Quin New York. The room appointments had a very upscale feel to them (such as crown molding and wainscoting). We had a lovely corner room with a view down 6th and 57th, and despite that, the street noise in the room was not too bad. The location is excellent with a lot of dining and shopping within walking distance. The one thing that potential guests should know is that the attached restaurant is not technically affiliated with the hotel, so no room service, etc. But the restaurant did provide a discount for hotel guests.

Superb location, service and best sleep ever!

Fantastic stay! The bed was so comfortable and we got great sleep. Superb location next to Central Park, Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center and several museums. Staff here was very attentive! We will definitely stay here again.
