Beautiful bohemian style hotel in walking distance to beach and the ferry to take to NY City! Chill pool and sauna pods! Great onsite restaurant Margie’s and coffee shop! Make sure to check out the roof top bar! I always stay here when visiting family!

I arrived for my check-in and there was one other client ahead of me waiting to be serviced. There was only one front desk clerk (granted it was quite late). I had no issies waiting, once it was my turn the front desk agent was professional and even offered a beverage to enjoy during the seamless check-in process. 10/10 would recommend.

This was a three star stay. The place was clean and modern, with a beautiful spa. The hotel room was tiny, with barely any room to walk around with the two queen beds. There was no fridge (you have to ask for a tiny mini fridge that won’t fit food/lefovers and they charge you for it) and I would have liked a hot tub, especially in the off season. There was no included breakfast, which was quite the let down since you can get a breakfast buffet at a cheaper hotel. The vending machine was filled with off brand random items. There is a restaurant in the building which is beautiful but pricey. Parking is street parking, just pay attention to the signs for street cleaning. There is a lot down the street but it’s crazy pricey (one night was $70). Make sure you get your parking ticket at the desk before parking in the lot so you don’t pay that.) The ferry is a five minute walk, and there is beach and playgrounds close by. The ferry will take you right to the Wall Street pier. The roof of the hotel (6th floor) is a bar and it’s fairly busy. We couldn’t heart it on the third floor which was nice. Overall our stay was comfortable. Probably won’t stay again, but it was nice while we did.

Pros: beautiful property w heated pool (they close pool at 7pm) staff was friendly, beautiful but small ocean view rooms, across the street from an excellent bagel shop for breakfast Cons: not really a quiet property which took away from the peace and quiet I was seeking, toddler throwing a tantrum at check in right in the middle of the lobby (strike1) get to fourth floor and kids playing tag in the hallway extremely loud running and laughing/screaming (strike2) I wanted to do some laps in the pool and within ten minutes here come 3 kids w parent who decide to play Marco Polo while splashing me being obnoxiously loud and yelling n considerate(strike3) and parent NOTparenting. IM OUT! Never would I come back to this place again. NO THANKS!

Room/building was nice (my 29y.o) daughter said ‘very hipster’. Shower was fancy but hard to operate, even after reading the instructions (which were ridiculous and weren’t correct to make it operate) I had a tepid shower with my feet in water up to my ankles!! Lol. Would have loved to explore hotel a bit but time didn’t allow. Neighborhood looked nice—cute tavern and burger place across the street. I booked a Handicapped Accessible room (I don't need it but the rate was better) but there was a bathtub in the room not a wheelchair accessible shower, so beware about this if you actually need wheelchair accessibility for showering.
