Great location, excellent service, really fun vibe and good food / cocktails in the bar. The rooms could be quite noisy because of the layout of the hotel (all the rooms surround an inner, triangular atrium above the bar), and the air con units were very loud, but overall I would recommend this hotel.

Large rooms for a NYC hotel. Very cool interior design and layout. Staff are very pleasant and polite. Not always the fastest dining service. Roger the doorman was a breath of fresh air. I would stay here again

The comfort level in the rooms is second to none. The plush bedding and cozy decor make it feel like a home away from home, with every amenity thoughtfully provided to ensure a restful experience. I especially appreciated the little touches, like the high-quality linens. The front desk team deserves special praise for their exceptional service. They were not only professional and efficient but also genuinely warm and welcoming. It was a quick check-in, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel cared for. And the onsite entertainment? A dream! The live music in the lounge was the perfect way to wind down after a busy day in the city. The vibrant yet intimate atmosphere made it easy to enjoy the performances while sipping a cocktail, and the hotel’s overall energy felt like a hub of creativity and culture. Paid $1,000 for a suite. Door man extremely rude. Yelling at other guests. Surprised this is a 5 star property. 3 at best. Looks run down. Service at bar was fine. Front desk was abrupt and not friendly or welcoming. Guest check in was an awful non friendly experience.
