Great stay near Grand Central

Perfectly fine, clean hotel close to Grand Central. Good value for the money, large room (by NYC standards). Felt comfortable for a family of four in a room with two queen sized bed. The kitchenette our room had an ice maker in the fridge--which was an unexpected but nice thing to have in a hotel room. Plenty of restaurants and amenities near by for all needs.

The stay was great! The only thing I wish we had was a pamphlet in our room that gave us the same run-down as they do at the front desk (amenities, numbers to call for certain services, more info on the rooftop, etc). Besides that, everyone was so helpful.

The hotel was very nice along with the staff. Only downsides were the cleaning staff banging on our door at 9:00 a.m.. and also we were not told about the $10 benefit had to be used by midnight so we lost out on this.

This is my second time staying at this property and I love it so much the staff is very inviting, the location is amazing it’s close to everything it’s walkable. The roof top terrace is amazing aswell
