Horrendous. Arrived at 5:30pm and room not ready. Never before and never again. They took $60 off. Stay away from this place. Room was tired and dirty. Staff could instruct guests that the elevator buttons are 6ft away from the small elevator, one of which was broken.

The place was alright! But makes sense that you get what you pay for and this was one of the economical options which are hard to come by in NY. For me, it was the location. Lots of restaurants, bars and Central Park at walking distance.

This was a place that did the job but not much more than that. The carpets have odd stains, the walls have skid spots and the paint is chipping. The staff however is lovely and they do try to make you comfortable.

The room was comfortable and clean. The chair and couch in the room were old and could use replacing. Overall the staff was wonderful and I would recommend this property.

The location was very central, can walk to so many areas. The bed and pillows comfy. The cleaning staff super friendly and smiley. The hotel is a bit run down, trouble regulating temp in my room. Bathroom door broken, did not stay completely shut, not a problem since I was on my own. Iron burn mark on the rug. No mini Friday or kettle in the room. The food stand in the lobby is a rip off. Little things that can definitely be improved upon and then it would be much better!

I was pleasantly surprised by the renovation having known the previous hotel. I liked the updates, bright blue and white decor. Especially appreciated the rower in the fitness center.
