It’s my go to option when I go to NYC. Great location and Beaty good price! The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, a lot of restaurants around, walking distance to Central Park.

The hotel is comfy and located convenient to just about everything. The staff were friendly and helpful. The last time I stayed was about 20 years ago, and the one down side is while it was a very attractive hotel then, I don't think it has been updated since.

Throughout my whole experience, it wasn’t the best. I was placed in a room where I was quite literally able to hear just about everything throughout the night dragging on too early morning. Causing me to get little to no sleep… I would love to speak to management and see if they are able to do anything for me as I really did. Love the place and would love to come back for the remainder of my trip.. thank you

This hotel needs an overhaul. My room was dingy with dirty carpet and scuff marks on all walls. A depressing color scheme where a coat of paint would have made a difference. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom very good, although the fan in the bathroom didn’t work.
