Room was nice size, but it smelt as if they were housing the homeless. I asked for the bare minimum (an air freshener of sorts) and nothing was provided. Would not stay here or recommend the place.

Wonderful dinner at the White Olive restaurant on site. Staff was very friendly. Good was above good. Elevator was dated and needed new flooring. Halls and rooms were very clean and convient and worked just fine for our plans.

The place could use a good renovation, but the rooms and bathroom were big, the shower amazing, the price/value great and while facing the air shaft could Be a negative in terms of view it’s a positive in nyc in terms of noise.

I do not recommend this hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful but the property is an unsanitary dump. My TV didn’t work, the room smelled, there was only one working elevator, and there is zero security. Anyone can get in the elevator and on any floor. No key needed and no one watching the front area/lobby. Will never go back.

Property is a great location & room clean. One elevator taped off, the other broke down & I had to walk up 7 flights of stairs multiple times. Hotel Staff were rude and not helpful in the situation multiple times -to me & to other guests.

Reasonable price and quality NY hotel
The hotel was nice as were the reception staff. We were able to leave bags before check in. The room was ok but a little dark and a struggle to get the window open. The bathroom door doesn’t shut and no kettle or coffee for that wake up drink. No advice on whether we could get anything within the hotel. Other hotels provide a bottle of water but they didn’t. Bed, bedding and towels lovely and didn’t need changing so great to use do not disturb sign. Toiletries were supplied and very good. Lift broke on second day but we were only on floor 2.
