The toilet did not flush and the shower continued to run for about 15 minutes after turning off. The rooms were clean and friendly staff. I like the fact that the toilet was it's own separate room off of the sink and shower. I love the location and the staff was exceptional

Fun hotel with great bars and restaurants in and around the hotel. Great vibe for a weekend. Room was fine. Service needs improving. Long waits at front desk with zero sense of urgency and in the evening they reduce the number of elevators for hotel guests. The entire time I was there, there was only one elevator working in the evenings and long lines to get on. Twice had to wait about 10 minutes to get on elevator.

Great stay

Overall, great stay with a myriad of amenities. Some minor miscommunications at check-in and issues with elevator access in the evenings. Would recommend if you want great location, walkable neighborhood, and are looking for something a little above the ordinary hotel experience.

Always a great stay for NYC, especially for walking the Highline, Hudson Yards, Little Island, and Pier 57. Great staff and front desk. I come at least twice a year and I’m always pleased. This time we took citibikes to pier 25 and then Battery Park to Seaport. Love the vibes.
