The room was neglected during the whole stay (5 days). No clean sheets, no clean towels, no one came by to clean the room in general. Plus, there was plumbing issues in the room that was not addressed at all. It reeked of feces the whole stay. Manager/ GM/ Owner was not present at all and did not address any of the complaints. Lack of staff makes it hard to keep up. Do not stay here- pay a little extra for somewhere else and I promise you’ll be dogging a major bullet.

The room was fine. Staff was fine. But they charged me $100 for checking in early. When I didn't even know there was a check in time. But even at that. To charge someone a $100. Again A$100. For a room that was already ready and didn't need any special preparations is absolutely insane and straight up just wrong.

The first room that was given to me the toilet didn’t work, didn’t work at all. The 2nd room the shower wasn’t working, like wouldn’t come on at all. Not sure what the issue was, but by the time I got in the 2nd room and realized now the shower wasn’t working, I was tired and didn’t feel like changing rooms AGAIN at this point. Staff was nice but this put a major damper on my stay honestly.
