Everything was absolutely incredible! The staff, the hotel, the atmosphere, etc. Was absolutely a 10/10! The pictures online do it no justice! If I ever come back to New York, I will for sure stay at the Westin Times Square.

Construction.

There was construction on the floor above us, they didn’t tell us and it was so loud from 9-5 pm everyday. We were also working in the room, so it made it quite difficult to focus. On the second day, we asked to be moved and they did but unfortunately we were moved to a smaller room with no fridge. They said they were going to bring up a fridge, but they never did. Beds were very comfortable though!

f you want to sleep,Don’t stay here! This was not our first visit to the Westin Times Square it was great last visit and that’s why I chose it again for my family. While sitting here waiting for my airport Uber to leave the Westin, I was contemplating on not writing this review, but I thought other people need to know my experience I had here so it may help others make a better decision. We had 3 rooms booked by family members. All on different floors . Well to start off we booked a corner king room upon checking in we were assigned a room on 17th floor which had missing blackout drapes which made it impossible to sleep if you need a dark room. We were told that only some rooms had blackout drapes. We changed rooms in the middle of the night and then were assigned to a room on the 22 floor room #2239 which had black out draperies and so did the other two rooms my family were in. The rooms were fine but same issue . My daughter had to call security 4-5 times per night and finally on the last night had to go down to front deck at 4am to get a security guard to go back up with her to try to help with the noise! We have stayed in many hotels and when we go to bed we at least don’t expect to be up all night because of the people in the rooms next to us. This is totally unacceptable. The problem started around 11 pm. The people that were assigned to the two rooms adjacent to us must have had 20 or more people in their rooms partying all night! We tried to deal with it but arou
