Service at check in was excellent. Staff were very helpful. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was busy but tasted good. Would definitely return. Had an issue with key card not working in our room door. This delayed our departure. Customer Service person Sam was very helpful in my follow up phone call. I will be back and high marks for excellent service

I recently stayed at the Westin Grand Central for 12 nights over the Christmas and New Year holidays, and overall, it was a fantastic experience! A special shoutout to John at the front desk—his professionalism, warmth, and efficiency made check-in seamless. Also, Dian from housekeeping deserves high praise. She was incredibly attentive, ensuring my room was immaculate and comfortable every day. While my stay was excellent, there are a couple of areas for improvement: 1. Food Reheating Options: It would be a big plus to have a microwave or a communal space to reheat food, especially for extended stays like mine. 2. Breakfast Variety: A bit more variation in the breakfast offerings would elevate the overall experience. That said, the hotel’s prime location, excellent service, and the efforts of staff like John and Dian made it a memorable stay. I’d definitely recommend it and see ya’ll soon!!

Loved Our Stay

We had a great stay! We were given free drink coupons upon check in and that was such a nice touch. The person who checked us in was friendly and kind. Our room was clean and quiet. The location was perfect for exploring the city! We would definitely stay there again.
