From the moment my daughter and I arrived, we were impressed with the hotel. I wish I could remember the name of the lovely woman that checked us in - she was helpful and gave us some pointers on membership points and the Uber app. The concierge was friendly and helpful as well. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean and we couldn’t wait to hop into bed each night after a long day of sightseeing. Located close to subways and some of the NY attractions, it’s in a great location.

We stayed as a family of four. The staff were extremely friendly and the property was convenient to all attractions. The rooms were a good size and clean . Somethings need a little refresh but overall for NYC and the rate , it was great . The breakfast buffet voucher was a nice surprise when we arrived . The buffet was good but I wouldn’t spend $45 out of pocket to eat there . I would definitely go back next time we are in NYC.

The hotel staff were absolutely AMAZING! They were extremely helpful and kind and went over and above for us! The only reason I docked a star was the cost and quality of the breakfast. The eggs were watery, potatoes and sausage was cold, and if you don't have a voucher, it is well over $120/ 2 people and they include a tip for a buffet. We would have tipped the waitress for bringing our coffee, but should have been able to choose how much. Recommend to take a taxi to Tom's dinner and eat there (it was cheaper and so much better). Another good option is right next door at the sandwich shop!

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was really nice. Bed was super comfortable. Cleaning staff did a great job everyday. Walk to Grand Central was easy. If we ever make it back to NYC, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The staff was very unprofessional at the front desk. The Destination Fee and options available to the guest who have paid it ended up being very problematic. The breakfast buffet, which the Destination Fee covered for one person, was not that extensive or good.

Exceptional experience!
Exceptional service starting from the doorman and check in reception all the way to housekeeping! You won’t find anything better than Westin Grand Central. I love they have a driveway to safely load and unload passengers and bags. The location is unbeatable. A block away from Grand Central Station, the hotel provides many access routes to tourist destinations. It was a comfortable walk to Broadway, just a mile away. We did use ride share to the Upper East side and the traffic wasn’t terrible as it was an easy drive to FDR. Our room had a beautiful view of 42nd Ave and the Chrysler building. Breakfast was delicious! Having visited New York many times, we usually stayed in the 35th street area. Now, I have found my favorite NYC home away from home.
