More nightclub and restaurant focused than luxury hotel. Lobby and seating area design are sterile and so is the personality of most of the staff. Bed was comfortable but you could feel every move your partner made during the night. Bathroom may as well not had a door as all sounds were clearly heard. Room looked worn out already. But was soundproof and had nice view. And the water pressure in the shower was terrific. Westlight and Lueca were great but not enough positives to recommend as a hotel or ever stay again here again when we come to visit family. We stayed 3 nights.

Great hotel with views of Manhattan and east river. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Elevators get overcrowded sometimes as there are only 2 guest elevators. Would definitely stay again.

The AC system is not set up properly. The fan would not stay on and kept cycling on/off even though we set the thermostat to run the fan all the time. Floors were sticky, Not the experience I was expecting for the price we paid
