Since i booked theough expedia i didn't get the room i booked. Booked a king bed got 2 double beds and they had nothing else available. Mostly mad with expedia on that The beds are hard and the pillows are way too soft, like air. Was difficult to get comfy for me and my boyfriend, and he finds comfort anywhere. Room and property is clean. The area is actuality in the projects. I know the area but some dont. Its not for everybody. I was fine with it.

This property was fun and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a long layover and it exceeded our expectations. The beds were so soft and gave us the rest we needed for our next two flights home.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. The staff are so friendly and accommodating and a shout out to Christina and Crystal and one of the managers who I do not remember his name sorry. We had a problem with our son's reservation, and they were so quick to resolve. Will be back again in December.

Very nice stay. The hotel is in a good spot, but far from the central station. That means you should be ready to rely on App transportation or subway if you want to visit around. The view from my room was great. The hotel faces the Ed Koch Queensboro Bridge, but they are recently building in between the hotel and the bridge. That might make the stay a bit noisy and with a limited view from the rooms located on low floors. The hotel is nice and very clean, and offers an amazing view from the last floor. Breakfast in my opinion poor. Staff very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is quite poor and industrial. The subway stop is for the F train and is 10min away by walk.

This one is a nice budgeted hotel in Long Island city approximately 15 to 20 minutes away from downtown Manhattan Subway station is around 7 to 8 minutes. Walk away. The only issue with the hotel was the area was not so good at night times, the Lord of bad elements roaming on the streets Also, keep in mind parking is not free at all. It's US$55 every night or you have to find a spot somewhere on the street, which might or might not be safe.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. Unfortunately, I was there for a medical reason. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family. The area around the hotel felt a little unsafe to me at night so we just never walked around at night. We did not mind walking around during the day. There were no restaurants within walking distance, but Christina recommended some great restaurants that were only a 5-minute uber ride. We will come back because of the wonderful service.

I booked a one bed studio few weeks in advance but when arrived they had to place me in a two bed studio since they where "over booked". Over all the hotel is nice area not Soo but it's one of the nicest pleasant hotels and the employees are really nice and helpful

Excellent front desk and breakfast area service. Speedy check-in and check-out. Decent breakfast with a lot of healthy options. Delightfully comfy bed. Very functional kitchen complete with a dishwasher. Reliable wifi connection. Only downside is the location. Didn't feel safe outside the hotel especially when walking towards the Metro station. With marijuana having been legalized in New York, one could expect to smell it in public. However, finding meth pipes being used openly in public and passing by throngs of drunks thrashing liquor bottles on the streets in the middle of a weekday, can be unnerving especially if one is staying in this area with the family. Clearly, this is beyond the control of the hotel but it would be worth noting as and when one decides to stay here.
