The hotel is located in a very central area, on a street filled with flower and plant shops, which was beautiful. The hotel offers breakfast, which is good. The bedrooms are small, but they have everything you need. The A/C was quite loud, which I found disruptive.

This is a really lovely place to stay. The rooms are spacious with fully functioning kitchens which means you can eat what you like when you like. The breakfast staff are an absolute delight. I had to move rooms due to faulty air conditioning and it was handled beautifully. All the team members I met were Uber helpful. Will absolute stay here again. The location is also fantastic. Role on next march.

The rooms need to have more storage. My room did not gave a place to put my luggage neither drawers to put my clothes. Most of the toom is taken up by the kitchen which nobody uses in NYC, lets be real. Most ppl are never even in their rooms.

Too small rooms, not much area to open medium and large luggages. Then constantly the service trolley are constantly on my way out leaving a narrow, one person only to pass. Though it is quite clean.

It was a nice hotel very close to Madison Square Garden, Time Square and Empire State Building. The room was nice. I was little disappointed that the rooms blinds were broken and there was no safe for me to put my valuables in. But overall I had a great experience the staff were great highly recommend.

En general el hotel está bien, buena ubicación, limpio y con desayuno. La atención buena y los servicios comunes también. La habitación es más chica de lo que parece en las fotos, el desayunador está siempre muy lleno y hay filas largas (podes llevar la comida a la habitación).
