The management allows the front desk to go away for an hour. Lunch hour for a Friday was 9 PM. I was not allowed into the room for over an hour. There was no one to contact, and no answers given to any of the call requests or those made by email- at any time

The Tuscany was in a great location for us, the rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. The decor and furniture are a little tired, but that was inconsequential to our trip. We were glad we booked here and would stay again.

Amazing location! We could walk or take the subway easily from this location. Some amazing restaurants right down the street too Kjun and the Itanian place plus bagel place around the corner. And a handy grocery store a few blocks away too. Clean rooms, cleaning staff was great as were the front desk people.

Room was tired, but I'd stay here again

The Tuscany is a good hotel for me as it is convenient to my office. The photos are obviously from when the hotel was first updated because the room I was in looked tired. Don't get me wrong - I'd stay here again because it's clean, convenient, a fair price, and the staff are friendly - but don't expect the rooms to look like the photos.

Worst Hotel Experience – Do Not Stay Here!

This was by far the worst hotel stay I have ever had. The room was filthy—dusty, dirty, and completely unkempt. The bathroom was disgusting, and there were hardly any towels available. The maid repeatedly barged into our room without knocking, waking us up, and then had an attitude because we were still there. Completely unprofessional. The front desk staff was no better—one employee was on her phone the entire time, offered no help, and was rude. The security guard was literally asleep on the job. To make matters worse, the elevator didn’t work, the refrigerator in our room was broken, the carpets were filthy, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. There was no room service, and the hotel looks nothing like the pictures online. The worst part? They never returned my deposit! And to top it off, there are no working phones anywhere—not in the rooms, not even to contact the front desk. This place is a complete scam. I will never stay here again, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid it. Absolutely unacceptable.

Great location and property

We checked into the Tuscany on 3/29/25 for an evening in the city to celebrate our anniversary. We were so happy with our stay, that we decided to extend our trip. The service we received by the front desk staff and hospitality staff were impeccable. Erica and her team were super friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived.
