If you’re traveling to New York City and need a place to stay relatively close to the airport, this is definitely worth considering. The hotel itself looked and felt like it was recently renovated. Things are new and clean, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. I did not get a chance to visit the restaurants due to the nature of my visit, but I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting your area.

Overall we had a great experience. The staff are excellent and the facilities are clean. Our only issue was parking. If you’re visiting on a weekend be prepared to struggle to park. Parking is $1 an hour plus a $10 fee just a heads up.

We initially wondered what the place was because it wasn’t a traditional hotel entry. But once we got to the lobby on the second floor, Douglas was such a welcoming, informative and friendly presence, all of our initial concerns were swept away. The room itself was everything we could need for a last night. Can’t recommend enough.

I really appreciate the front desk staff, and the room was well-cleaned. The maintenance team was incredibly helpful; I wasn't sure how to adjust the AC, and they assisted me promptly. They even contacted their supervisor to adjust the temperature for my comfort. However, I didn't like the fact that there is an $ 25-a-day amenity fee. Thank you, Graciad Domi!

The hotel on one side and the restaurant's and roof top bar on the other side of the same building was very convenient. Douglas the desk clerk was a breath of fresh air. He was always very helpful and had a very positive attitude.

This hotel was way better than I expected. There’s a bus stop directly out front which you can take to the Subway if you’re going to the city (or anywhere). I never took public transportation (bc I live in Florida and always had a car) but Dominick at the front desk gave me an app to download and explained how it work. Joseph explained to me details about the 4 restaurants in the building. The airport transportation is outstanding. The van is clean and the drivers are prompt. There is a deli in front of the hotel and one on the corner, both good service and good food including breakfast and lunch/dinner. Overall the place is clean and the customer service is outstanding.

This place was excellent. It was my family and my first trip to New your city. So i kept reading about bed bugs and other bugs I know my wife and daughter wouldn't be able to deal with. So i found this place and even though is was a little pricey i would pay it again. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.The room very clean and just nice looking. The only thing was the bar below was a little loud,but with the comfortable i slept like baby.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. It is located just outside the city near the airports. The hotel has 3 restaurants including an excellent buffet and a really cool rooftop lounge that serves food and cocktails. The staff here is awesome. I plan to stay here again in the future when I visit New York.
