My room door was left open till late at night after the housekeeping semi cleaned the room. Upon complaining to the management and asking to speak to the owner who seemed least interested in speaking to the client. Or even apologizing. Would not recommend staying at this hotel!!!

You get what you pay for. A budget friendly hotel near Manhattan. The room was tidy but not super clean. The floors were a bit sticky. Bathroom was great.

It was a pretty okay stay, the bathroom had mold and the location isn’t very good. If you aren’t a native New Yorker it would be very confusing and inconvenient. The area is pretty sketchy and scary at night. Would not recommend to someone visiting for vacation.

They do the daily cleaning either we are in the room or not. But there is not lost items during the stay and they return me a full deposit amount. Nice stay!

The building is so old.The sheets and comforter were worn out.I could feel dust when I was touching surfaces in my room. There was no plastic glass in the room pr at the entrance.There was no bottled water in the room.

I traveled across the country. When I showed up, I was informed my room had been sold and there was no room available. I am partially responsible as admittedly I did not inform the hotel I would be arriving late. I take responsibility for that. I followed up to ask for even a partial refund. The manager would not even take my call and deferred to his employee the front desk clerk to manage my issue. It is not right for the hotel to collect money from 2 guests for the same room. Shame on Voyage Hotel. This is a greedy practice and a scam for a low-quality hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE.
