After booking this hotel and receiving a confirmation from them I received an email about six hours later that night saying they had no rooms for the “confirmed reservation“. When I emailed and asked them for some sort of remedy for the situation I was ignored. Rest assured the letter W will not appear in my hotel vernacular again.

I have stayed at numerous W properties. This does not compare to the level of room quality I have come to expect. I booked my artist here as well, and had to move her to another property it was so bad. I have video of the issues if you would like to see

The rooms are very dated and are not sound proof at all. You can hear toilets flushing in the room next to you and anything that happens in the hall. The rooms also have a smell to them. The staff was friendly, the overall hotel was nice, but the rooms could definitely use a face lift.
