This was my first time at the hotel and I found it to be very nice. My husband stayed here years ago, with many of his family, and coming here at this time brought back great memories for him. We went to the bar and the bartender was especially friendly. It is located in a lovely area. We hope to return, to golf, and I intend to use the spa!

This was my 4th time at this hotel. Great location and rooms that are generally larger than typical New York/Manhattan hotels. My particular room this time was on a very high floor so it was quiet and had windows on two sides, which was nice. However, the room was smaller than others that I have had — and the bathroom seemed more dated. Still, overall, I was comfortable and happy.

So, Warwick has been our go to for all things Manhattan. You really can’t beat the location and the Old World Guilded Age vibes. A few concerns since our last stay. They stopped serving food at the bar…. Big mistake. The Bar is truly a gem and having a small menu of food was something our family missed. The other negative was security. The staff really didn’t check if anyone coming through the door was a guest. ANYONE and EVERYONE has access to the elevators and thus customers rooms. Last stay, I was greeted and recognized by the Bellmen. This stay…. I could have been anyone and up to no good and NOT a single staff member stopped me from accessing the elevators. They can say customer safety is important but my 8 night stay can attest to the opposite. This hotel is literally near every tourist attraction and with that, safety and security needs to be stepped up drastically. Rooms were clean and servicing was good as well. Lots of great bars and restaurants have recently opened since our last stay so explore the neighborhood when you come. Management, please don’t let a dangerous incident be the final step for you to make changes with your hotel security! Do something now.

The first room we were put in had a bathroom you could hardly turn around it, and a sink the size of a saucer and a ledge above the sink. You can't wash your face without getting water all over the floor. Staff was nice and attentive but they should decommission that room and others like it. They did agree to move us to another room.
