We loved our stay at Warwick New York. What made it special is the at home feel of the hotel. The staff have also created such a wonderful experience for us. The location is perfect, close to everything. The rooms are so spacious, and the beds are comfortable so we decided to stay an extra night. Thank you to everyone!

I stayed here for one night for work. The hotel was clean and fit my needs. The staff was courteous. I’m subtracting a star for the loud heating system which makes a clicking sound when it switches on and off.

Great location but the condition of the hotel is a bit tired, older fixtures, older (noisy) fans in batrhooms. We were there for 7 days and nights. On the first morning the shower handle came off in my hand when I went to shower so we were not able shower that day. When I went to ask for a better room or a credit, the manager grudgingly offered a $100 discount in total. Considering that we were spending about $2600 with them for the week, this seemed inappropriately stingy, but I was on vacation and did not have the band with to fight them. Again, the location is fantastic but I think next time I would spend just a bit more for a nicer hotel in the same area.

check in was great as they accommodated what i needed for my sons birthday!! Vilma was very nice - hotel was clean, older but loved it. beds were comfy - i have no complaints - their entire staff was very nice and welcoming. we ate breakfast there, it is pricey but it was delicious. also, location was perfect, close to times square, rockefeller center, st. patricks catherdral, lots of shops (walking distance). short drive to battery park to catch the ferry for the statue of liberty. definitely coming back.

We had a terrific one week stay at the Warwick. The location is ideal for walking access to the theater district, Bryant Park, Central Park, the NY Public Library and so much more. Our room was spacious, clean, the beds were comfortable, and you can open the window for fresh air. We will definitely stay here again.
