Nice location for me. The rooms are on the small size but fine. Overall a decent place to stay. The gym just reopened. It’s very small but nice to have. There wasn’t any cleaning stuff to wipe down machines.

Basic hotel

Well, it started with parking. The garage they recommended was gated. So no discount in parking. I would describe this hotel as a tired old lady. The staff was friendly but distracted. The rooms were basic. No mini fridge. On the plus side, we liked the location (the hotel’s facade was under construction though). The showers were hot and water pressure was great. I would not recommend it to a friend.

This was the perfect place to stay for my friends during our theatre going week. The staff from the doormen to the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant were all really nice and friendly and always helpful! Easy access to cafes and the CVS and the subway made this an ideal location. I would stay here without hesitation.

I have stayed in a lot of NY hotels. This not the cheapest, but tired, a bit grubby and basic. Well located for the village and Soho, but not much else to recomend it. Nice view out of window of a brick wall. Staff there but not exactly cheery apart from maid. All in, ok. Wouldn't return im afraid.

My husband loves his baths - so many hotels only have showers. WSH is near my kids’ apartment so I’m really glad it exists - better than convenient, it feels like an extension of their home, same walkable neighborhood.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Rooms are small but it's an old hotel in NYC so this is not surprising. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. Location is fantastic. I would stay again.
