The property was new and clean. The area wasn’t that great with a lot of construction happening in the area. It was close to trains and affordable. The main thing was that the elevators kept breaking. Only one was in service so it would take a long time to come and go. One day both elevators were broken and we had to take the stairs to the 9th floor. Can’t imagine for those on higher floors or if anyone had a disability or had to carry luggage. You could feel the energy of everyone also being bothered by this inconvenience.

Clean hotel close to the metro with great rooms and comfortable beds. However, the elevator was out of service for most of the trip. After walking all over the city and lugging suitcases all over, this was brutal.

Enjoyable Stay.

This is my 3rd time staying here, and I’ll stay again as I always come away rested and recharged - the staff is pleasant and helpful, the rooms are extremely comfortable and modern and the breakfast is a big plus, it’s said to be continental but there’s hot offerings - eggs, sausage and a good assortment of oatmeal, cereal and juices. I’ve seen some reviewers complain about the surrounding area, and correctly mentioned it’s not the greatest but within the hotel you feel none of the energy from outside, it’s a safe and secure environment and for the price it over delivers.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it had many positives, there were a few things worth mentioning. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the amenities were great – everything from the rooms to the breakfast area exceeded expectations. However, the surrounding area left something to be desired. It felt a bit sketchy, with less appealing streets nearby. While I never felt unsafe, the neighborhood was not the most inviting. If you’re planning on staying here, just be aware of your surroundings when walking outside, especially at night. Overall, the hotel was great, but the area might be a factor to consider when planning your stay.

Honestly the stay was amazing! The reviews were a bit off putting but honestly if you just ignore the area it’s in, it’s perfect! I’m very quiet and stay to myself and the staff did not bother me once unless to clean. This is an AMAZING HOTEL. I was very relaxed with my 4 day stay. Shout out to the amazing staff.
