Disappointing Cave

Last time I stayed here I was given a room with nice big windows on a relatively high floor (like in the pictures) and I really enjoyed my stay. This time I stayed for 3 nights, the first night I was assigned a room on the second floor with a small-ish window, which made the room quite dark and depressing. I asked the front desk if they happened to have any other room for the other two nights that was a bit brighter. Instead, they switched me to a room that was even worse, basically a cave with a porthole looking into an air well. Completely ruined my experience, and next time I will spend a few extra dollars at another hotel to make sure I don't have to go through this again.

It was great opportunity to stay at world centre hotel. Definitely I will go back and recommend to my friends and family. One thing I was wondering why they don’t clean my room during I was stayed. Everything there for three nights but I didn’t like when garbage getting piled. I never stayed hotel didn’t come clean.

The property was in the perfect location for being around the 911 Memorial Museum and Freedom Tower. Very quiet. Hotel needs to be updated a little bit. Clean but outdated
