The bathroom design was .. interesting. Be sure if you stay in a room with a single bed that you are comfortable hearing bathroom business, as it is frosted glass with a sliding door and not solid walls with a closed door.

It is a very nice hotel close to convention center. Downside was the room was smaller than I thought they do not have ice buckets to go. Get ice would stay again.

Solo traveler in room with Full sized bed. Phone cord in room was cut. Water stains all over shower and bathroom area. Shower and sink handles sticky to touch. Complimentary toiletries smelled like someone smoked weed and blew into them. Had some sort of allergic reaction when just using water on my face in the sink. Towels scratchy and smelled like chemicals. Room smelled like rubbing alcohol first night and partly into next morning. Controls for bed were finicky. No overhead lights in room at all. Cannot move around bed when in sleeping position. Bed not made on arrival. Only provided a thin blanket and a top sheet. No duvet. Mattress protective fitted sheet had tears in it on the underside. Ice machine looked like it has never been cleaned... ever and smelled like chlorine. Staff was friendly in general, but would finish conversations with fellow staff before attending to guest. Saw a homeless person using the lobby toilet. Did not feel safe in room with large glass door to part of roof, elevators had lights flickering and jolted to a stop on lobby floors. Whole hotel very dark and shadowy on room floors.

Nice hotel for our weekend stay. Staff was nice and helpful when needed. Room was great but would upgrade bathroom and offer buckets for ice. Just a minor inconvenience!!

Like previous reviewers, I agree that the room could have used a refresh. There were nicks and scratches in some of the furniture, although it was very clean. I appreciated that the room was cleaned and fresh towels provided daily. The street noise was VERY loud. This is not the hotel's fault, as the traffic is very heavy in that area because of it's proximity to the Lincoln Tunnel, and NYC drivers love to honk their horns, but it is something to consider if you are a light sleeper. The location was very convenient to the Javits Center and the Theatre District.

Very nice, modern hotel. We enjoyed the room - not gigantic, but nicely laid out. Unique bed that retracted and the head came up like a lounge. Made more space in the room and a comfortable place to relax and watch TV. Lots of small shelf spaces and a couple of drawers. I don’t recommend getting Breakfast with the room. Not worth the money.
