It does the job it's supposed to do
It was okay. Parking is very convenient and the check in process was okay (though I had to wait a while while the one couple ahead of me had a leisurely 15 minute chat with the person working there). The room is fine, though things didn't all work. Some of the light switches did nothing and the room was kind of dark. The whirlpool didn't really work the way it's supposed to. The room had a microwave and a fridge and it had what you need, but everything felt dated and not really maintained very well. It's convenient to the airport and assuming what you're looking for is a place to sleep right next to the airport, it's fine, but don't expect much more than that.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Newark airport, adjacent to the United parking facility. The hotel itself was impressive, with friendly staff who greeted us warmly. Our room, a family suite, was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others. Although the hotel has a restaurant, there are also fast food and other dining options available just minutes away.

When I got here, they said they gave our family room away and only had a king-sized bed which we did not pay for we paid for a family room so I'd like to know who's gonna reimburse us. The front desk staff has the best customer service. Answered all of our questions and were very friendly. Best part was a having a shuttle take us and bring us back from airport. You don’t need to go through the hassle of driving there and finding parking. The room was very clean and looked more expensive than what we payed for. It even had a jacuzzi! The only downfall was the short blond Hispanic cafeteria Lady. She was a bit snippy during breakfast. Maybe she stressed out because there was a Large crowd. But other than that, overall our stay was great.
