No posting online about the amount of the incidentals fee. Also, charging $50 for an overnight stay when someone is checking in at roughly 9pm to check out around 5am is a bit wild!

In the middle of a dark parking lot
The hotel was fine. Four walls, beds, and a bathrooms. Nothing special. The pull-out sofa bed was terrible. My son ended up just sleeping on the sofa instead. The tile floors were sticky. The hotel sits in the middle of the airport parking lot. Only one way into the parking lot in a corral type set up. Very dark parking lot. The hotel has a restaurant but the young lady working it was inattentive. We ended up ordering Domino’s. Overall not the worst but definitely far from the best.

The only thing I like is free parking other than that this place is very smelly and noisy. Smell from smoke in elevator and hallway, noisy from train track and uneducated people yelling all night when you try to get sleep.

We booked this hotel expecting a great visit, but that was not the case. First when we walked in, the staff were very rude, there was only one elevator that worked and took very long to come to each floor. When we went to our floor, we immediately smelled people smoking weed which really bugged me and my family with kids. Next we walked in our room and the portion size of the shampoos were tiny and not enough for one person!! This hotel is not eco friendly at all, the shampoo they gave us had barely anything inside it and mostly pure plastic! Usually every hotel has water and something free as a welcome but this hotel had nothing, not even WATER!! We asked the staff for towels and they said we can’t have anymore because we already have, but we are 4 people we needed extra!! I wanted to fight with the staff, they were SO Rude. PLEASE EXPEDIA REMOVE BEST WESTERN PLUS HOTEL FROM YOUR APP, IT REMOVES THE TRUST FROM THIS APP!!!

The staff at the hotel were friendly and nice, but the room was not clean. The floor had hair all over it. The bathroom was in terrible condition. The restaurant that serves the free breakfast was very disappointing. They would not give our 2 sons plates, and their juice machine was not working. Our two young children do not drink coffee or tea. The staff told us that we’d have to make do. It was very disappointing.
