Called in to cancel reservation. Was told to contact booking agency to receive a refund. Booking agency reached out to the hotel multiple times to receive the refund and the hotel refused. Could just tell me over the phone that there will be no refund, so I would not spend time communicating with the agency.

The hotel itself needs some updates. The front desk people were very nice and attentive. Our room was big but it had a weird smell. We were there only one night as we were flying out of Newark. Shuttle was super convenient. The restaurant on the property was very expensive for what you get for. We ordered Mc and cheese and it cost $16! It looked they came out of a Kraft box.
