It was horrible. The sheets were uncomfortable, the room was really hot and the thermostat did not work. The room stayed at 80°F and we had a young baby, she got sick from the heat. We tried contacting customer service multiple times, in which they told me there was nothing they can do. The room had no mini fridge or microwave. The restaurant in the lobby however was good, as well as their food and customer service. It is just the actual hotel and staff itself that ruined my view on the place.

This place definitely looks nicer in pictures than it actually is. I was definitely not impressed. There was a terrible odor in the elevator, we had a puddle of water in our tub with someone elses leftover hair all over, the shower curtain was ripped & dirty. There's just sheets on the beds with no blankets, which I've NEVER experienced at ANY other hotel. I had to call down to the desk to ask for a blanket & they literally came up with a "blanket" as thin as a shower curtain.. literally.. AND it had stains on it! It was just ridiculous, especially when it was freezing! Wish I took pictures to share. Only pro was the close walk to our concert venue (prudential center). We definitely will NOT be booking here again, especially for the cost. False advertising for sure!

They didn't have a back up plan to assign our room due to computer malfunction. Our room wasn't assigned even though we got there very late, about 10pm. We were there for a few hours to get our early flight. At about 3 am 2 people were trying to get into our room and talking very loudly, he was trying with his key card that woke us up. And we asked for a wake-up call and never got it. When we left we informed the front desk and explained what happened and couldn't explain how these individuals were able to use the elevator to our room. Not safe and won't be staying there again.

The decor was beautiful, however the smell of smoke on our floor was overwhelming as we stepped off of the elevator and it lingered into the room. We were on a non-smoking floor, but you would have never known. We had a double room with two queen beds and each bed had two 20x20 pillows, no blankets, and we were only given 2 washcloths and 2 hand towels in the bathroom. The room was also a lot smaller than we expected.

It was somewhere to sleep...
My room was unfortunately next to the elevator shaft and it sounded like someone bowling every time the elevator went up or down, 24 hours a day. The hotel did not have breakfast as advertised but suggested walking to another hotel that was a a couple blocks walk. My room key stopped working on day 2 of a 3 day stay and the front desk did not ask to see ID, just coded the key I handed them to fix. On the plus side my room was clean, if small, and the mini fridge worked.

Check in was flawless. They took us in an hour earlier. The room we were assigned to had no furniture. Just a bed, tv and one night stand. The toilet was clogged. So we immediately went to the front desk. We assumed all rooms were the same so we did not inquire about changing rooms. The front desk said they would send someone up to fix the toilet. We left to eat lunch and came back. Only to find out the toilet was not fixed. So we came back to the front desk and asked to switch rooms. Glad we did. This new room was great. Fully furnished. The only thing is that the room had an odor. The bathroom vent was clogged with dust therefore it made a noise. We were only there for one night. The property is nice and well kept. It is within walking distance to the NJPAC and other stores. The convenience is great. Just need a few upgrades in the rooms. Deep clean the carpets. More attention is needed in the rooms. The front desk staff is warm and friendly.
