Stayed only for a few hours before boarding a flight. A decent location but a major drawback is that they don't provide complementary water bottles (let alone tea and coffee packs) in the rooms which is a basic necessity.

Despite being a non-smoking room it stunk horribly of smoke. Stains on the carpet. Toilet was a kick flush and gross. Front desk was of no help finding the parking behind the hotel. That street was blocked off due to road work so you had to get to it from a very specific direction. Staff was not very friendly or helpful. Glad it was only a one night stay. Would definitely not stay here again.

The staff at the front desk greeted us with a smile and were helpful. The hotel is situated so that we could leave our car parked in the hotel lot and walk to everywhere we needed to go. Our visit there was for our daughter’s graduation from NJIT.

Cramped, and smelled like an ashtray

I booked this hotel for a brief night on a family road trip. Online the hotel looked nice but in person it was very run down. We asked for more blankets and had to ask three times including going in person to the front desk. The room smelled so strongly of cigarettes that I had trouble sleeping. I am sensitive to smell and the rest of my family didn’t smell it but for me it was horrible. It was also loud. We heard people going in and out of rooms. I did really appreciate that they had laundry machines. The room was very small, and the bathroom was tiny. The shower barely worked.

I was on a 7th Floor, and when I entered my room, the first thing I smell was cigarette smoke. The room was not a refreshing smell. It smelled of old meaning the carpet may need to be shampooed. I believe the rooms should have some type of air freshener once they clean the rooms. My room was very small and the parking was limited in the parking lot for a hotel of that size. The staff was outstanding. There was a young lady that I couldn’t remember her name. She was very pleasant very precise and very helpful. She was a Front Desk agent. I can’t thank her enough for her hospitality.
