Too much noice at night for sleeping well

What made our stay not so good was the noise while we were trying to sleep. We were there two nights and on the first night we heard partying around 11 pm there was screaming and then loud noise the entire night including screaming in the hallway at 2:45 AM. We made a complaint. The second night there was more screaming down the hall at 4:30 am. We opened the door and someone said “shut up girl” and continued to party very loud in their rooms. We didn’t know what room it was so we couldn’t make an official complaint. When we stayed at the courtyard next door we didn’t have this problem so we won’t return. We are very disappointed because it’s a very nice hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at Cambria. It was convenient that the grocery store was directly across the street from the hotel, along with several restaurants to choose from. I’ll definitely be staying there again on my next visit.

Everything is broken or breaking. Stated here three times and no room has a functioning Keurig machine. Staff just rotate broken stuff around, hoping no one stays here again. It’s an old hotel with lipstick.

We got to the hotel late , nothing told us to call ahead to check in. We had everything paid before we got there. They cancelled our reservation because we were late. When they finally gave us a room, it had a whole in the wall in the bathroom, a clogged toilet, and the door to the bathroom was broke. I reported this to the front desk right after opening the door but they had no other rooms open. After we checked out they charged us $150. There is nobody to actually talk to. They continually transfer departments.

Why have a pool?

Everyone was amazing. Helpful and friendly. I was disappointed with the pool. The hours were almost non existent and you had to have a bracelet. It was ridiculous.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. I have stayed here before and will be back! The fitness equipment could use some work. I was nice to have a pass to LA fitness while the machines at the hotel aren't working.
