The staff was nice however my room wasn’t clean upon arrival - it was a rushed job. i walked into my room and there were rose pedals on the ground, bodily fluid on the couch, and floors. bathroom wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. while the staff did provide me with a solution to clean again, it just wasn’t enough. i literally went across the street to get new bedding to sleep with and cleaned the room myself. just nasty.

I want to begin by saying this hotel is beautiful—clean, well-maintained, and full of great amenities. It’s conveniently located near a shopping center and several restaurants. The bar was a highlight, with large TVs and a great atmosphere to enjoy a game with a cold beer. Unfortunately, our experience on the last day left a bad impression. We decided to grab breakfast at the hotel restaurant before heading to the airport. Around 8 AM, we walked over, but the restaurant appeared to be closed. I asked the front desk clerk if it was open, and she simply said, “Go knock on the door.” I did, and a man eventually came out. He explained he was working alone but said if we wanted to place an order, we had to speak with the front desk. When we returned to the front desk, the young lady responded rudely, saying, “That’s not my job—I only check people in and out.” We were caught off guard by her tone. The restaurant staff member then came to the front and began arguing with the clerk in front of several guests. It was uncomfortable to witness. Thankfully, the man apologized and offered to take our order himself. He was courteous and eager to help, and we truly appreciated his effort. It’s disappointing that one individual’s behavior could tarnish an otherwise great stay. The front desk clerk’s rudeness and unwillingness to help reflected a lack of professionalism and teamwork that didn’t match the rest of the staff or hotel environment.

Every person at the front desk was extremely polite and helpful. Redderrick gets 5 stars!! Housekeeping had to be reminded multiple times to provide bedding for the pull out couch. They were out of linens for 24hours. Glen, the bartender, who was also the waiter, was terrible. He was visibly unhappy. We were the only ones in the restaurant and he took forever to attend to us. He was slow in delivering food and drink. But the most appalling thing was the unsanitary behaviors! Initially he served us a glass of ginger ale. It had black specs floating in it, so we asked for cans instead. Glen used his PERSONAL SHIRT to wipe off the soda can tops before opening them to serve us. We had also ordered a bottle of wine with our dinners. After struggling to remove the cork, Glen LICKED HIS FINGERS and then used his fingers to “clean” off the cork crumbs from the mouth of the wine bottle, BEFORE pouring the wine into our glasses. If there is a camera in the area, we suggest management go verify it yourself. Sunday night 5/18/25.

The property was quiet, safe, comfortable and conveniently located near a mall. However, there was a fire alarm that led to evacuation of the building but instructions during this incident were sketchy. There were no announcements during or after the incident about what was happening.
