Not the first time I stayed there. First time was a better experience as far as the room. My initial room was not cleaned well at all. Hair on the bed, crumbs in the couch. Not good! I went to the staff and received a alternate room which was clean. The night attendant was very helpful and easy to work with.

There was a loud motor running next to our room that never stopped, the tv screen had a big line through the picture and the bedding was very thin and not warm. But it was clean and conveniently located.

I liked the large stylish room, though the lighting was wierd. I disliked the check-in. It took too long and seemed disorganized. The clerk was pleasant, though. I didn’t like that breakfast is not included in the nightly rate.

Poor Credit Card Service.
I was disappointed at how their credit card system was not working. My husband paid the $150 deposit but the machine wasn’t working properly. He was charged twice. The front desk stated that the extra charge would come off in a few minutes. That didn’t happen. The next day the double charge was still showing. I was then told that he would have to wait 3/5 days before he would be credited back the double deposit. I also saw another customer two hours later have the same issues. The front desk stated that this machine had been doing this all day. If this was happening all day then someone higher up should have been notified.

The hotel is nice but the sense of urgency when something needs to be fixed is not where it needs to be. If you are going to stay here do not use the texting feature because your requests will not be scene.
