I booked a room here through Orbitz, but when I checked in, they also charged my credit card for the stay and a deposit. I called the hotel multiple times to dispute the charge, and they said they had refunded it on their end, even though I was never credited to my account. I eventually had to call the CC company, and the hotel provided a partial refund. I should never have been charged separately for this stay, and I should have gotten a full refund. I will never stay here again.

Recently renovation was done looks new and clean. Front desk need some upgrades its very basic table type desk doesn't feel like a hotel front desk, Weekend Front desk staff need some improvement,
