Stayed 1 night flying out next morning. Breakfast and shuttle is great. Only issue that I have was using eSim and can't call the hotel without incurring roaming data charges, if hotel can communicate through WhatsApp that would be great.

The hotel rooms and space was very clean and well presented. However, the environment around it is very Industrial and not well presented. It is like hood area. No way to walk to anything near by. I walked the first day after I saw the immediate area it felt unsafe. But the hotel rooms, gym abd free breakfast was good. This lovely hotel needs a better environment.

Only stay at this hotel if you don’t drive

The hotel and their staff was wonderful. The breakfast is amazing. The waffles are so fresh and fluffy. They are so good a wonderful day if you do not drive. when it comes to parking, that is the problem, says that they’re supposed to be a self parking feature that does not exist. Car has to be valet that’s their policy charge you extra if you have to move your car to go out to get food whatever you’re paying about $35 a night ridiculous if you’re gonna stay here you might as well not drive take a Uber. This way you don’t have to worry about your stuff coming up missing

It’s in the hood

First off on the website it claims to have parking.. but it’s an addition 3rd party parking which is $35 there is alot of in and out. A lot of ruckus and noise in the hallway at all hours of the night. We couldn’t sleep. We had to call front desk over three times and they did nothing about it.

Union arrive to our room I could notice that the room was now cleaned to expectations, I didn't shower at all and asked for housekeeping to clean the shower while our but was informed all housekeeping staff was gone for the day. I asked for fresh towels and body care items because the ones made available look old, used band in pleasant, needless to say I won't return, the only plus was the free breakfast, which I won't complain about because it was free.

This is a very nice hotel and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The only problem I had was that the person on duty when I arrived at the airport late at night did not know the layout of Terminal 2 at Newark Airport and kept giving me confusing and wrong directions. It took a long time to find the shuttle to the hotel. Otherwise, it's a fine place to stay.
