To begin with the information they have listed to call for a shuttle to the hotel is apparently incorrect. They have the number to the front desk and they never pick up. The only reason I booked this hotel was the shuttle. Because I was transferring to another hotel in NYC the next morning and I had a late flight. I called the number they list 9 times and no one picked up. I had to pay an uber. Then I checked into a non smoking room that smelled like an ashtray. The only plus is the girl at the front desk expeditiously change my room because of that, but at time of the night, it was another major in convenience. Other than picking the hotel for its closeness to the airport and the shuttle, there is nothing attractive about it. Figure out the shuttle situation before you book because it is whole fiasco.

Comfort In offers complementary breakfast. No coffee we had to wait. I came around the back the young lady was on her phone. I said excuse me like 3 times before getting her attention, no eggs, coffee cups, bagels nor cream cheese. No silverware. The counter was not wiped down at all. The 2 employees were moving in slow motion. The sitting area had maybe 8 people while we waited for coffee and hot water for our tea nothing else as far as breakfast food came out maybe 20 min before the eggs came out and the sausage came after. Other then that the gentleman who checked us in was amazing and our room gets 5 stars Supper clean and, very comfortable.

This is the best place to stay if you're looking for a quiet area. It's not alot of traffic near the hotel and nothing is around it so you wont have to worry about alot of noises. Restaurants/bars are 5-10min driving depending on where you to choose to go or one in the hotel which served good food and drinks. The room I had was very clean

I checked ahead of time that the hotel shuttle would be available when we arrived late at night. I was told it was 24hours on demand and just to call when we arrived. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at 1 AM. I attempted to call the hotel and was hung up on or put on hold five times. After 20 minutes we were about to give up and call an Uber when I finally got through. We waited another 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. When we arrived at the property “Tameka“ who clearly doesn’t care about keeping her job, checked us in as slowly as humanly possible. She clearly wasn’t slammed with work at 1 AM since there was no one there and I assume she just couldn’t be bothered to answer the phone. The hotel is recently remodeled, but they did a really cheap job. Floors are bubbling and peeling up everywhere. They’re definitely a tripping hazard. The window also does not have a blackout shade. The breakfast space is beautiful. Unfortunately, the breakfast selection was fairly pathetic. Douglas who was at the desk in the morning was very friendly and courteous.

The hotel and the staff is amazing! I don’t have a complain of anything. Doug in particular went out of his way to help us bring the luggage to our room. The cleaning ladies were amazing as well. They have a shuttle service to and from the airport. But the company is not so nice. Also we were warned not to be walking around the property at night.

The building is spotlessly clean and well kept. So was our standard room. The beds were comfortable. The staff were helpful and courteous. There was no unwanted noise. So we slept as well as we do at home. Unfortunately the hotel is located in an old, worn out area, with no stores, parks or other places to walk to. As with many U. S. cities, you need a car to go anywhere. The decor is basically gray and white and the building feels that way. The included breakfast consists mostly of manufactured foods, the only fruit is a few green apples, no vegetables, no oatmeal or other cooked or whole grain cereal. Lots of processed meat and eggs, sugar-loaded dry cereals, white bread, packaged tasteless condiments. The coffee is watery and tasteless. We probably wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

The hotel manager was so helpful in giving us directions and figuring out transportation in NJ/NY! All the staff were so genuinely kind and laid back. Only negative experience was that one night shift shuttle driver didn’t show up to pick us up. We called a second time after waiting for 40 minutes outside the airport and he finally came. When he did show up, he wasn’t polite. Wouldn’t even respond to a “hi” or a “thank you.” Also, breakfast was somewhat limited but pretty tasty!
