The service here was terrible. Luke warm water out today the shower. Then the shower handle broke altogether and we couldn't even turn it on the inexperienced woman at the front desk gave us a different room. Turns out someone else was already in the room we walked in on. Took another trip back to the front desk and refused to talk to that lady so she got the manager and she was able to help out. Overall our experience was not good. Lobby also smelled like weed.

We had a great stay, itā€™s very convenient for Newark Airport & opposite Jersey Shopping mall. The hotel is clean, the breakfast room staff are lovely & so friendly and helpful. Reception staff, not so friendly but we were checked in quickly. Breakfast is great, bagels, scrambled eggs, fruit yogurt cereals, tea & coffee, perfect. Will definitely return

Front desks dressed poorly, spoke rudely, stated the shuttle bus was coming in 5-10 minutes in fact more than an hour for 1.7 km distance.ice machine was not working except 4th flour. Card reader in elevator not working so people can stop at any floor. Unsafe

We appreciated the early check in and late check out, as well as the shuttles to the airport and Cape Liberty. We enjoyed the welcoming and comfortable environment of the lobby area. We found the hotel computers to be lacking and the WiFi to be weak. We stayed twice, a week apart šŸ™‚

A good hotel next to a few restaurants and a large shopping mall. They also have a shuttle that runs back and forth to Newark airport that also has rail connections to NYC. The room was clean, not huge, but good enough. There was a breakfast in the morning which was fine enough. The staff was fine. Not overly friendly, but not really unfriendly either. All in all, a good stay for my purposes. Next time, Iā€™d probably stay closer to the city or in the city. Taking the shuttle, the air train and finally the train to the city became a bit tiresome. Not that this was the hotels fault. This hotel is probably best suited for short stays when using the airport.
