Convenient location close to the airport, I stayed to attend a conference at the Prudential Center which was a convenient 10 min ride from the hotel. They have shuttles to and from the airport as well and a Starbucks on site.

The property profile indicates there is an airport shuttle available but it only brings you to one of the parking garages. From there, you need to use the internal train. Not nearly as convenient as you would expect

The staff were friendly and an easy check-in plus getting a meal at the bar/grill when we arrived just prior to closing. Getting to the location from the airport was difficult but that was mostly on us.
