Staff were very friendly and room was spacious. However, carpet in hallway and in our room was either stained or not clean in a while. There were also stains on the comforter/duvet. But bathroom was clean

One of the two elevators was not working which added wait time to use elevator to get to the room. Also no ice machines worked on 2nd, 3rd & 5th floors. I suggest that the check in staff to advise guests of this upon check in.
