The receptionists in the lobby were terrible. They are rude and giving me all the wrong information. We arrived at 12:00am ( very late) and have two young kids. First the lady was on the phone all the time since I arrived. She ignored me first and after 5 minutes waiting she asked another colleague to do my check in. Then I was told the room was sold out ( I booked and paid in full amount 1 month ago). Then after another 15 minutes they figured out the room but giving me the wrong info about the breadfirst. They told me it was from 6am-9am however it was running from 6am-11am. Anyways it is terrible experience and I will never come back again.

Disappointing service
The hotel is OK in terms of amenities, but I was really disappointed with the service. There was no hot water when I took a shower in the morning, and when I complained to the person at the front desk, she said that "that's because lots of people are trying to have their shower at the same time." I asked for the manager to call me when he or she got in later that day, but they never did.

Best bed in town
We were stranded in Newark after flight cancellations en mass. Although the hotel was swarmed with other stranded guests, they managed to get us an early check-in (along with as far as I could see, everyone else as well) and we were able to get some rest after +24hrs without sleep. The bed was literally the most comfortable in 2 weeks of travel abroad. Very grateful to the staff for their hard work.

I had a terrible experience at checkin. I arrived at 1:30pm and waited in line for almost one hour! There was only one staff at the front desk. Though only four groups ahead of me, it still a super long time for waiting. The staff was super slow at checkin for every single group.
