I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families. When we checked in at 4pm, our room wasn’t ready. We were told it would be ready in 30 minutes, but even after waiting 2 hours, it still wasn’t available. The staff seemed uncoordinated—every time we asked a question, we got a different answer, which was very frustrating. Parking is another nightmare. If you have a car, avoid this hotel. After 9pm there is hardly any parking available, and cars end up parked along curbs inside the property. With a baby, this was extremely stressful. On top of that, they still charge an overnight parking fee, which makes no sense when there’s no proper capacity. The room itself was just okay. The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, the shower had water running, and there was dust everywhere. Overall, very disappointing experience. Not family-friendly at all.

The staff were nice but I was expecting better room conditions for the price. The bottom level with registration, restaurant, and sitting areas were beautiful but when I stepped off the elevator the halls and walls looked terrible and damaged by something being dragged by/along with no regards for the wall. The room was more of the same. Stained walls and ceiling and you are unable to change the thermostat or call to the front desk. I was very surprised at the physical state of this Doubletree.

Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. From the start, the customer service felt dismissive and unhelpful. We had prepaid for parking, yet it was not added to our reservation, which caused unnecessary hassle. The room itself was far below expectations. The AC wasn’t functioning, the fridge had ice buildup, and we were given dirty towels. There was no housekeeping service the following day, and when we raised these concerns with the manager, it took hours before anyone came to address them—only arriving around 10 p.m., which was very inconvenient. Overall, the lack of attention to detail, poor customer service, and inadequate room conditions made this stay very unpleasant. We would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.
