The service was wonderful. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The checkin&checkout process was easy. The breakfast was good with alot of variety, something for everyone. The shuttle service was reliable and dropped us off close to our terminal. Finally, the room was large and comfortable with a king size bed area (with a good mattress and lots of pillows), and a sitting area with a sofa and a desk. Overall a nice experience. Would use them again when needing a hotel near the Newark airport.

The breakfast was the same as any other hotel. The shuttle only runs every 1/2 hour. The rooms have the old AC by the windows which is practically on the bed, they should consider central air.

My family and I stayed here the night prior to our cruise. The hotel room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The bed was clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast in the morning. Also we loved the extra television in our studio suite. If traveling by air or cruise we will stay at this hotel again!
