We stayed for 4 nights at your hotel. On the second day, housekeeping knocked while we were still sleeping. Later, we requested cleaning before leaving the hotel, but the room was not serviced. We also ran out of towels and tissues, and despite asking again the next day, the room was still not cleaned and supplies were not replenished. As a 3-star hotel, we expected basic housekeeping to be handled properly, especially after repeated requests. We hope this feedback helps improve guest experience in the future.

checknin was a breeze friendly staff....Only probkem was ourcroom was extenely hot let front desk know tge had naibtenance come take a look...he did what he could but 1st night it sat at 80° on cool after an extrenely hot day. They moved us into a different room sooo much better just werent able to put us in a king room with bath tub...my wife needs tub accessible but we deskt with a shower to enjoy the cooler room. Staff were extrenely apologetic and very accommodating

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. There was plenty of free parking and multiple doors to get into the hotel with your keycard. I arrived at nighttime and accidentally booked a handicap room so when I got into the room and saw the open shower without doors I immediately went to speak to front desk and they had no problem giving me another room. My favorite part of the stay was the spacious rooms and the free breakfast. I would return and stay at this hotel.
