This was my first stay here, and it's definitely on my list of places to return to when i'm in the area. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with free and easy parking and a smooth check-in process. As a frequent business traveler, I really appreciated the convenience of the location. There are plenty of dining and shopping options right nearby, making it easy to grab dinner or pick up anything I needed without going far.

The property was good and excellent. However, the first room given to me was met with 4 industrial fans. I was told they washed the rug. I requested for a new room. On the third day of leaving the hotel, my toilet was flooded which I notified the front desk and the manager of the property. Lastly, one of the two waffer maker liquid turn-on tap is not working. We have to use spoon to scoop the waffer liquid onto the machine which is not hygenic.

Big Kudos to Alronda the AM front desk staff who went above and beyond for me, as she allowed me to securely store items I need for a memorial service. Suggestions : Have more than 1 elevator working and accessible for use. It was out of order. Ice machine on 4th floor out of order the entire weekend. Also, on the breakfast area, signage should include Weekend time as well. There were confusion as it denotes hours of operation from 6am-9am. Which is inaccurate for weekends.

Not worth spending

I was unsatisfied the stay, and didn’t meet my needs. Bathroom was filthy , didn’t even had house keeping two days. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. Doors was broken for the bathroom. Quality of breakfast was very low. Coffee at the place taste like McDonald’s coffe
