Awful service from the manager

The manager was the one that checked me in and he must of been getting ready to go home for the day because he was rushing to get me out of the way. I ask all the questions because he wasn’t informative. Then I found out later that he overbooked my room when someone else walked into my room. I went downstairs to see what happened and another gentleman help me with the situation and was very apologetic. I was shocked to know that the manager was very irresponsible in my case. I probably won’t stay here again

Fire alarm went off at 2:00 am false alarm. Shuttle took over an hour to pick up at airport. Major black Mold on ceiling in room 326. Would not stay here again.
