Decent Enough

It wasn't a terrible hotel by any means, just lacked staff or even good staff at times. When I arrived, we waited for some time while the guy was on the phone, nice guy, but way too long of a wait. I went back to the desk later that evening and no one was there, I could hear someone in the back watching a TV but she didn't come out for at least ten minutes and was rude. The rest of the staff I dealt with were fine but they were understaffed. As a whole, the hotel wasn't bad, though the pool was closed. Room was fine. It was clean. Not a terrible area either.

I stayed for 1 night and it was a pleasant stay. The ice machine on my floor wasnt working but that's the only issue i had. The employees were beyond pleasnt and provided excellent service (with a smile i might add) . I'd certainly stay here again

It’s a nice looking and clean place. My only issue was the bed. It was very uncomfortable. The pool was great and warm! Breakfast was great too! Just upset about the bed because I am so tired in my trip now. My 12 year old even complained of back pain this morning from it.

The rooms are spacious and clean; however, the light bulbs are not evenly distributed. There was no light bulb at the work desk, which could be problematic if you want to work in the evening, although it's close to the window, so that helps during the day. The staff is friendly. However, the noise from trains at night may disturb your sleep if you are a light sleeper.

Upon arrival, I immediately did a walkthrough of the room. The microwave and refrigerator was unplugged, there were no toiletries in the bathroom, short on towels and washcloths and the tub was dirty. After I cleaned the bathtub myself, the water was going down the drain sooo slow so by the time all the water went away, the "dirt" and scum was sitting at the drain. I called the front desk and shared the problems, only for her to say the maintenance and housekeeping staff for gone for the night (I called at 11:40pm). Very disappointing especially since the rooms weren't all that cheap Won't ever stay there again.

The noise of the train is terrible. The 2 queen bed "suite" was small. Water/city view was terrible looking out on a bunch of broken down equipment and trash. Bathroom had NO soap. The employees at night were miserable and not helpful at all. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything! Warning, you're also charged a fee that no one told us about, for parking. It shows up on your bill when you check out that they automatically charge to your card you used for incidentals! I would never come here again.
