I was told at check in that renovations on the hotel was beginning soon, therefore, I didn’t rate based on expectations of one not u derailing renovations. The lady. Phylis, who checked me in was very accommodating and informed me of the renovations beginning.

No more open pools in Newark

The hotel stay was amazing very cleaned it even smelled clean. The breakfast was good coffee was good the bed was very ! Comfortable. My only downfall was to find out the pools are indefinitely closed in Newark.

Reception desk personnel were not happy doing their job, always seemed rude. The bathroom door lock was broken and even after reporting it, wasn’t fixed. Worst part was the daily breakfast where they served tasteless sandwiches every day. Didn’t expect that from a Hilton brand!
