Our room was more than we requested with a kitchen, living room with fold a fold out couch. The bathroom was very small. I don’t know if this caused a higher rate.

The room itself was impeccable but nowhere did it state there was a $250 security deposit. I paid more for the deposit than I did for the stay, which is just ridiculous to me. When I got there, no one was there to greet at the front desk and there was no bell. I was in limbo for like 5 minutes trying to check in.

Location is confusing and right on a quick turn before the freeway. The tub has rust and I could not even use it to take a bath so I ended up using the sink instead so I feel unsafe with it. The rest of the rooms are OK but parking is terrible. One big thing about this place is the food provided on breakfast Which I felt it is rust at all times. Not to put employees out of a job, but the one that tends to the morning breakfast seems to have an attitude at all times, even though she helped me with getting an orange juice almost at the closing time for breakfast. She however, never smiled or provided the service. It been so simple for a public service provider as I know how things can be as I have work these types of jobs in lower and reaching to the high top by just a quick point that hopefully they will learn that customer service still matters even simple smiler what can I do for you And all of us have problems in our lives and we should not take it to work or take problems for work to home, but that’s their business and we respect that but hopefully amenities will improve and all equipment need to be checked. It’s just disgusting to see rust on the Tub area as this can be alleviated by a replacement cleaning, etc..

The room was not clean properly, sheets were smelling and I found hair in the sink. Breakfast was very poor, with just eggs and pancake, all one-time plastics - from glasses to spoons - and again tables not clean.

Even though the property was undergoing renovations during our stay, it was very pleasant and my kids loved it ! The room was spacious and cozy, definitely planning another trip soon !

The only good experiences of our stay were check-in and check-out. Empty soap dispenser in bathroom with no bar soap; bedcovers (sheets) were too small for size of bed; water pressure in shower was poor; housekeeping did not service our room (bed unmade, no clean towels) and although advertised free onsite parking, not sufficient space in lot so had to park along road. First time ever having poor experience at a Homewood Suites but this one not up to their standards. As a longtime Hilton Honors member this was very disappointing.
