Very poor experience from as soon as we walked in the door, management was having an argument to the side of the check in the area with another guest, which made us feel very uncomfortable, we checked into our room and then went out for lunch and when we came back, we couldn’t get into our room as a key card wouldn’t work and it took about 30 minutes to resolve

One of the dirtiest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. Cobwebs on the ceiling, dark stains on the floor, rotting wood in the bathroom, cracked porcelain. The staff checking us in were perfectly nice, but the hotel is just in terrible condition. The immediate surrounding area was fairly sketchy, although there was 24/7 security and the clerks appeared to be behind bullet-proof glass...the room did have a fridge and a microwave.

1 The hotel is isolated from any stores in walking distance. 2 It is surrounded by construction companies lots. Just not nice views 3 The hotel is dated 4 There are no bench or seats at the entrance 5 No shuttle bus It is cheaper than other hotels, but not too much. I would stay different hotels for the small price difference.

This isn't a place you want to spend time at. No amenities, nothing walkable to in the vicinity, not very clean, noisy airplane traffic. If you think it's like an airport hotel, it's not. It's like a dilapidated motel. I didn't feel terribly safe there, didn't do my research properly before booking. However, the person behind the bullet proof front desk was cordial to me.

Bad location, people smoking weed and cigarettes outside the door, bathroom toilet was damaged and flushed for a long time Will not go back to Newark area ever again. Staff was nice. I only slept 3 1/2 hours before my flight.

The rate was cheap, the bedding was comfortable and the room was quiet enough for a sound sleep. I only crashed here for 7 hours and wanted a place close to the Airport. The owners could do better if they merely picked up trash surrounding the exterior. The place will do for an overnight crash pad.

Males smoking weed in front of the property. The entire property including our non smoking room smelled like cigarettes and weed. There was bullet proof glass window at the check in counter. It seemed like an apartment building where people live. Would not recommend to anyone.

To many homeless people, security guard was not doing his job, place was dirty outside of the property, walkways inside smell like weed. You walk outside and had people watching you to see what you doing. Did not feel safe at all.
