The hotel was dirty, falling apart and loud!! The room we stayed in had someones eye lash on the floor and a blunt wrap wrapper! The bathroom barely worked! Theres no other way to get in or out only the front door unless its an emergency and if it is be careful because the floor has a huge hole on the first floor before going or trying to go out a side door!

The area was poorly lit. Potholes felt very unsafe. The room was terrible. Burn marks on the sink. The tub looked like someone mixed concrete in it couldn't even take the shower cuz it was disgusting. You could tell someone had smoked weed in the room. Will never stay there ever again. I know of motels. That's 50 times better than that place

The sheets and towels were clean and I got a good news sleep. Otherwise, it is a dinghy dark depressing place. The room furniture looks like it was rescued from a garbage dump. The bed was comfortable but shorter than standard. This place starkly shows how the Howard Johnson brand now means “dump”. But close to NYC, this is what $100 gets you. Come with low expectations and you’ll be happy.

Pick a different place.

Dirty rooms, dirty hallways, smelly hallways. No amenities as advertised. Two vans outside that said Howard Johnson but no shuttle services.
