Horrible hotel

We walked in and the heater/air conditioner unit was apart on the floor. There were 6 huge flies that wouldnt leave- gap under door saw day light. 2 remotes for tv- neither worked. Manager came and said hed fix remotes and get us a different room because of no heat......2 hrs went by and we never heard back from him. Finally just asked for extra blankets which took forever to get. Next morning we couldn't leave because they double and triple park customers so had to wait for them to find the owner of cars behind us. No coffee or ice available. Do not use this motel.

The facuets were loose, bathroom vent was hanging, cracks in the floors. Drawers were stiff. Outlets were loose. Lamps were dangling. No free breakfast. Shuttle was over an hour wait. Front desk barely spoke to us and was not helpful when we had questions. Very noisy at night.

Cet endroit est à éviter à tout prix. Les chambres sont insalubres et des junkies et prostituées y logent. L’odeur de la chambre est infecte. Nous nous sentions vraiment pas en sécurité. Nous avons quitté 10 minutes après notre arrivée et avons réservé une chambre dans un hôtel un peu plus loin. Les personnes à la réception ont refusé de nous rembourser comme notre réservation était faite via hôtels.com

Very dirty. Sheets looked used, stood on a towel to shower because the shower looked so dirty. The light switch cover was broken in the bathroom making me question if it was safe or not. Overall an anxious night sleeping

First, the Goods: 1) the shuttle is timely and prompt. When I called the hotel the shuttle was there less than 10 minutes later. 2) two the staff was friendly and helpful. Nobody got frustrated when I had difficulty understanding what they were saying because of the thick foreign accents everyone had. No native English speakers on premises 3) $100 for a room is a decent price 4) I needed a place to write for a voice acting job I had the next day in the city. The room had a nice but small table with two chairs that worked good enough to use as a desk. Now the bad’s: 1) the parking lot right outside my door, people were using their Bluetooth headphones in their cars very loud, blasting music in their cars very loud. It seemed like a big congregating area. The noise went on till at least 10 o’clock at night. 2)the mini fridge was so loud. I woke up at one in the morning and unplugged it because I could not sleep. 3) 11PM Iworking on my at the table and I watched a 3 1/2 inch mouse run across the room. I called the front desk. They offered to put me in another room I needed to get to sleep so passed. I figured a little mouse isn’t going to hurt me but it didn’t make it easier to sleep Next time I’ll pay the extra $60 to stay at the Marriott right at the airport

The room I was given was absolutely disgusting. There were birds living above the drop ceiling crawling around all day and night. I had a mouse crawl out of a hole in the wall and run across the floor.

Dangerous, sketchy, unkept, horrible rooms, be careful. Overall a very unpleasant stay during our layover $150 is far too high for such a place. The only convenience is location is minutes from the airport.
