not good

Good evening i recently book a hotel with this site and had the most awful experience by far . When i got there the entire hotel had an unpleasant order and on top of that the room was dirty to a point where i seen roaches crawling on the floor . i immediately went back down stairs and checked out and explained the the worker about what i experience and he told me to contact the retailer i booked from . Please help me get a refund back.

Missed flight

Wanted a place close and affordable near EWR. after missing flight. Comfy bed and good enough bath and toiletries . Called to see if there were breakfast options and the nice lady said they had a grab and go complementary box. Negatives were smoky and soiled looking check in reception.

This hotel is filthy, dilapidated and a potential health hazard. Expedia should NOT be promoting this hotel as an option to its members without having visited and verified that the condition is liveable, it is not! When I turned the AC within minutes my skin, eyes, nose and throat immediately started to itch. I asked them to clean the AC and its filter. The staff that came, dusted the AC, dusted the filter but did not wash it. I had to wash it myself in order to stay the night because I couldn't get a refund. The floor needed sweeping and felt sticky even with shoes on. The room and bed sheets had an awful smell and one pillow smelled so strongly of urine that I opened the pillow case, the pillow was stained brown all over, disgusting! The furniture is peeling and falling apart, the phone wasn't working to contact the front desk. I definitely did not feel comfortable to eat anything they offered for breakfast. This hotel should be cited by the authorities and closed down but since it open to the public, it is not worth $20 a night.

The property's age is evident, and its current state presents both visual and olfactory concerns. The advertised "oriental breakfast" consists of pre-packaged snacks, which does not meet expectations. Furthermore, the availability of hot water was disrupted during bathing, and the bathtub's drainage is slow. The establishment's clientele raises concerns about safety.

Don't do it.

I will admit that I hadn't been to this city in nearly 40 years, but Ramada and Wyndham used to be reputable, dependable brands. This place is all bad. Rough neighborhood, the lobby was barren and smelled like the mold won. The elevator smelled like something heinous, but I couldn't ID. The hallway had a pungent third smell that made me gag. The room wasn't much better. There was a phone in the room...that wasn't connected as in didn't have a chord connecting it to the wall. If you need shelter desperately, fine. If you want your clothes and luggage to smell the same when you leave as it did when you arrived....go somewhere else.
