I liked that it was nice and spacious and very convenient for our purposes. I didn’t like that we had to pay to park and they had a parking lot.

Only one of the three elevators worked and the cleaning staff kept hogging the one working. It took minimum 20 minutes to go up or down. The “available” stairwell was far and we were told the stairwells by elevator were blocked which was a lie.

This was a very efficient and pleasant one-night stay for my family needing to connect to an early flight the next day. The staff was helpful and very accommodating, and I would say the most exceptional aspect of the property.

Terrible service, staff not friendly, room not serviced, everything is a chore for the staff. Hotel is aged, needs a major uplift, outside is very dirty with litter scattered all down the road. It is also next door to a prison who when released, walk straight down the road with a Police escort. Not recommended

My over all thought I’ll give them a 10
Room was nice,roomy and clean. Service was excellent.I loved the fact that they had a restaurant and a 24 hour deli food was really great!Only thing I didn’t like hotel didn’t have a hot tub or pool other then that I rate the hotel a 9 out of 10!

Restaurant has false advertising
The hotel's restaurant has false advertising. There is a banner saying that domestic beers are $5 a pint during happy hour. When we got our bill we found out that it only applies certain domestic beers. For some reason an IPA isn't considered to be beer and you will be expected to pay full price during happy hour. Restaurant manager was unprofessional and rude. Threatened to get us thrown out of hotel because we questioned the bill.
