We only stayed one night. It is very close to the airport and we had an early flight. It was clean, it did take a little long to check in. The food at the restaurant was ok. Overall the hotel was nice

This hotel was fine. The room was nice and clean. However, we had a lot of noise from what appeared to be a building air conditioning unit or something beyond our own unit that ran every 15 minutes or so for a little while the entire time we were there. The hotel restaurant had nice staff. Food was good but limited options and no kids menu.

Price was great, airport shuttle was very convenient, room size was good, beds were comfortable. The ventilation in the room was poor, even with the AC on there was poor air exchange for 4 people. There were only 2 large towels for 4 people. The AC in the gym did not work and the room was very good.

Ok for a night on the road

Hotel was super crowded and very noisy, our room was at the entrance level floor so we heard a lot of noise... The bathroom floor was not so clean. But if you're looking for a place to put your head down for the night after/before traveling from Newark it's fine.

5 Stars are not enough!! I stayed twice in a period of 10 days. My last visit was the day coming back to Florida, My family decided to go to Manhattan and I stay at the lobby for work meetings. I have to say my first approach to the Conceirge was not the one I expected but inmediately another staff taking care of me and that smile, manners and approach change my day! Yes, go and ask for PAT; he is amazing!. Congrats to Syed Nezam and Tim Fernando for such great work on trained and support great staff such PAT. To all who is reading this review... choose this hotel in confident because is great!

There were buds on the bed as I develop some kind of rash and today half of my back has insect bites. I hope the go away otherwise I’ll see a doctor and definitely will Holiday Inn in my future travels even though is my first time having this issue. Staff was arguing with guess at breakfast it was really unprofessional.
