We had a 12 hour layover in Newark, this hotel was convenient and the shuttle was great! We did not know until we got there that the shuttle runs every half hour, except 3am due to a scheduled shuttle driver break.

This hotel is very busy because of its proximity to the airport and the airlines using the hotel for their customers who require hotel accommodations due to flight delays. The walls of this hotel were very thin. I could literally hear my neighbor snoring, going to the bathroom and having intercourse. I had to call the front desk twice due to a neighboring room, having children that were up past midnight, making a lot of noise and opening and closing their doors and allowing them to slam shut. I don’t know that the front desk actually did anything about it because the noise did not minimize until much later. I stayed for two nights the shower water on the second night would not get very hot so took our room temperature shower. Call the front desk for extra laundry bags on the second day and they had run out. Ask them if I could use the laundry room and it was out of order asked if they had a comb or a brush and they had to run out of combs. Breakfast is not included. It’s for purchase only there are many hotels surrounding the airport and for the price point I would choose a different hotel next time.

Surprise deposit charge was excessive. Parking charge negates free shuttle to/from airport. Coffeemaker and air vent in bathroom did not work. No microwave in room. Staff at front desk was less than cordial/inviting.

An excellent hotel to stay. Very convenient if you need to travel via Newark International Airport. They do have free shuttle services to the airport on a regular basis. Really good service and excellent staff.
