Check in was pretty fast despite a line. Room was nice. I was woken up by a loud noise that sounded like a suitcase wheels bumping on the ground at 4am. It only happened one time but negatively affected my sleep.

This property was lovely and budget friendly. I liked that there were options to eat and that portions were large. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. The convenience of having the shuttle service to the airport was great. One recommendation is for a microwave. With leftover food, there was no way to reheat the food.

The staff was very good and polite and friendly. What I didn’t like was my room. The air conditioner was not working and the first room. They had to change me because the doors the bathroom didn’t close. It was too big for the frame, but the staff when I told them they changed me

Luis in food and beverage kiosk was a breath of fresh air after a grueling airport and taxi experience. He was positive, uplifting and extremely kind and made a good pizza. Beds were comfy and nice selection of pillows. A bar of soap would have been appreciated for bath as soap dispenser too high when in tub. Free shuttle service and easy checkout was much appreciated.
